Marine style impeller blades are available in two styles, Vortexing and Scoping. The 3 through 7 liter sizes fit the 8mm shaft of the agitator assembly, while the 15 liter size fits the 15mm Shaft size. CLS-1385-36 and CLS-1385-37 are for use with CLS-1385-35 agitator assembly. These blades are used primarily for mammalian cell culture work. Stainless steel components manufactured from 316L with an electropolished surface finish of 20Ra or better.Like-for-like replacement parts for Applikon Biotechnology and Broadley-James brands of bioreactors. 13" One-Piece PTFE Lower Agitator, Four Blade, For Use with 30mm Shafts, For use with 400mm ID Flange Reactor. High viscosity agitator. The body is made entirely from ONE PIECE of CLASS VI VIRGIN PTFE. One-piece machined body is much easier to clean. The smooth machined surface has no seams, joints or crevices for material to collect. The design provides excellent stirring at the bottom of CG-1968-W 400mm ID 100L reactor vessels, especially when heavy slurries are being mixed. Agitator attaches to stir shaft by both a compression fitting and a PTFE safety pin. Heavy duty blades 9mm thick. For use with 30mm CG-2097 stirrer shafts. PLEASE NOTE: THE LOWER AGITATOR HAS BUSHING TO ACCEPT A STABILIZING PIN FROM DRAIN VALVE PLUG. THE PIN EXTENDS INTO THE LOWER AGITATOR AND VIRTUALLY ELIMINATES ANY WHIPPING BY STABILIZING THE STIRRER SHAFT.

6.35mm Tru-Stir Stirrer Shaft Coupling, 3/8" Upper Male Coupling, For Use with 3-Jaw Jacobs Chuck. The unique design of Chemglass's Tru-Stir stirrer shaft coupling eliminates the need to use rubber hose or universal adapters to attach your stirrer shafts to overhead stir motors. Coupling incorporates a unique helical Stainless Steel spring permitting up to 1/4 of offset misalignment and 45 of angular misalignment. Coupling is rated for 24 in-lbs of torque without the backlash normally associated with common coil springs. Lower portion of coupling has a nylon adapter with a one piece collar for attachment to 10, 19, 25.4 and 30mm stir shafts. Upper adapters permit the coupling to be used with a standard Jacobs style 3-jaw chuck or motors having shaft diameters of 5/16, 3/8, 12mm, 1/2, 5/8 or 3/4. Adapter is also available for use with CG-2047 flexible shafts having 5/16 end fittings. Overall length of the coupling is 4. Supplied complete with an allen wrench set.

Nylon bushing compresses around shaft using an allen screw. Stainless Steel stud attaches directly to the chuck of a stirrer motor. Supplied complete with an allen wrench.
